While the dentist and dental staff were great, the reception staff was not. Didn’t ask for my insurance even though it had changed, didn’t check that my address was still the same as what they had on file, did not help me schedule a next appointment. If I hadn’t asked them any of these questions before leaving the office, they would have let me walk out and not have bothered to see if any of my information was still correct, and would have billed the wrong insurance and sent the bill to an old address. If front-desk staff was more thorough it would have been a better experience.

Dr. Louie is one of the best dentist in the Bay Area.
Very caring and understanding. Very quick and painless. Have been going to him for decades. I still all of my teeth.....thanks to his care. I would recommend him to everyone if you need a dentist in San Francisco.
